The trick to having a productive day is to have a very productive 1st hour. The rest of the day will then be fine. I'll tell you what to do in order to ensure a productive 1st hour.https://t.co/5LGmLYilmt #sundaythought #sundaymotivation #statenisland #ny #sundayvibes pic.twitter.com/c9CQ3VAYHc— Coach Iron Pete Triathlon Endurance (@ironpete_ultra) April 26, 2020
Motivation - That First Hour of the Day is Important!
How to get motivated...do or at least start one of your key tasks in the 1st hour of your day.
This gives the day a sense of purpose that you can carry through to the rest of the day.
A vid on this soon; it is 1 of the most important things to do.

Looks like Virtual Racing will be the only Competition in 2020
#Ironman Virtual Race #1 started yesterday at 12GMT (1400 EDT). Distances are 5K Run, 90K bike, half marathon. Yesterday I got the 5K done (23:55). This AM, roads were wet so decided to do the half mara (1:40:50). Will finish the 90K bike tomorrow. #anywhereispossible #triathlon pic.twitter.com/ABlyKKxgHE— Coach Iron Pete Triathlon Endurance (@ironpete_ultra) April 4, 2020
